Please note the specific equipment requests for your program by indicating the number of each you need. There is a flat fee of $25 for all Audio/Video equipment. If Hartford Public Library staff is required to operate  audio/visual equipment, an additional charge will apply. Requests for the use of audio/visual equipment in the Center for Contemporary Culture require an additional charge for staff operation.
